CRM Senior Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM efforts as a Senior CRM Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will oversee a team of 7 Campaign Executives, responsible for planning and executing campaigns across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Campaign Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, recommending tactical tests to enhance CRM performance.
- Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Data & Deliver and central CRM ops, to ensure seamless execution of CRM plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM-related environments, with a strong understanding of creative development and multi-layered matrix management.
- Experience overseeing a range of media channels and CRM programs.
- Technical knowledge of databases, including HTML and ESPs, with Java being a plus.
