**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and CRM Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving brand engagement, acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute the company's CRM strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer-centric campaigns.
  • Plan and manage CRM activity, including workflow, customer journeys, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including copywriting and asset creation, to ensure a seamless user experience across all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage and analyze customer data, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and marketing, making recommendations for process improvements and technology enhancements.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified to degree level in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and CRM, with a strong understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Excellent planning, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
