About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team at Network Marketing - Marketing Recruitment. As a CRM Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and providing analysis and insight-based recommendations for improved customer targeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including direct mail, email, push, and SMS.
  • Produce ad-hoc customer and campaign-related analysis to support the needs of the business.
  • Provision of multi-channel selections, including direct mail, email, push, and SMS campaigns, in accordance with brand strategies.
  • Strong SQL skillset with experience working within databases.
  • Experience working within MS Excel, CRM, Adobe Campaigns, and PowerBI.
  • A good understanding of marketing channels such as SMS, Email, CRM, and Direct Mail.
  • Be able to commute to the office 2 days a week.
  • Strong numerical skillset with a passion for data marketing.
