About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Manager to join our team at DAZN, a leading sports media company. As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, driving revenue and subscriber growth targets, and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Planning: Define and deliver our fight sports CRM schedule, driving revenue and subscriber growth targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver against CRM targets, maximizing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across subscription tiers and the DAZN portfolio.
  • Personalization and Segmentation: Manage personalization and segmentation for optimal conversion and engagement, utilizing data availability and technical capabilities to push the boundaries of CRM.
  • Testing and Optimization: Lead testing and optimization of our CRM creative and brand direction in collaboration with DAZN marketing and creative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other stakeholders to utilize CRM to define and deliver campaigns to drive DAZN's additional revenue streams, such as betting, merchandise, tickets, and the growth of our freemium tier.
Requirements
  • Experience: +2 years' experience in CRM management, preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines, and excellent stakeholder management.
  • Passion: A passion for sport, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan, ideally in an international context.
