Role Overview

DAZN is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead our growth markets strategy, driving revenue and subscriber growth targets. As a key member of our CRM team, you will define and deliver our fight sports CRM schedule, working across international markets to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy that drives revenue growth and subscriber acquisition in growth markets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of CRM campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Manage personalization and segmentation to optimize conversion and engagement, leveraging data availability and technical capabilities to push the boundaries of CRM.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver campaigns that drive additional revenue streams, such as betting, merchandise, and tickets.
  • Analyze results, optimize against findings, and communicate performance to the business.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders in each market.
  • A passion for sport, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan, ideally in an international context.
