Role Overview

DAZN is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead the development and execution of our CRM strategy in growth markets. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and subscriber growth through effective CRM planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy that aligns with DAZN's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across growth markets, with a focus on acquisition and retention.
  • Manage personalization and segmentation to optimize conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage CRM data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, tech, content, and UX teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-priority projects to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the fan experience, ideally in an international context.
