We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a CRM and Data Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving our global retention strategy for B2C customers. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with local markets and other functions to execute our retention strategy, focusing on increased platform engagement, reduced churn, and increased subscriber tenure and LTV.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Retention Strategy in defining and leading the implementation of our B2C retention strategy globally.
  • Collaborate with local markets to execute our creative and brand direction, creating emotional connections with our audiences.
  • Work with central and market teams to build out our customer lifecycle strategy, bringing it all together under one vision.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in CRM/Retention/Loyalty strategy in subscription businesses and/or at sports right holders.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills in a multinational matrix organization.
  • Experience in fast-paced, innovative, high-performance, and international work environments.
  • A passion for our product, content, and business, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values equality and diversity.
