**What you will be doing...**

**Please note that this role will be offered as a salaried 12-month Fixed Term Contract.**

As our **Senior CRM Executive**, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You’ll collaborate with your line manager to optimise operational processes for increased efficiency and develop and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure the timely delivery of each campaign and project.
- You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team, such as Content, Apps, CX, Campaigns, Analytics, and other key business stakeholders to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the CRM channels.

**What you’ll have**:

- This role will suit an engaging and enthusiastic person, who can work on their own initiative and who is passionate about the travel industry.
- You’ll be meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to multi-task with solid organisational and time management skills.
- You’ll have a passion for ensuring that everything we do is customer focused and have demonstrable experience of managing teams and campaigns of a similar nature
