About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting driver de-briefs and accurately managing customer orders, including amendments and dispatches as needed. You will serve as the first point of contact at reception, handling inquiries and assisting trade counter customers. Your duties will include preparing trade counter orders, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with "Off licence" legislation during sales. Additionally, you will maintain an organized filing system for company documentation and support the cashier/administration assistant, Senior Administrator, and other admin staff when required. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that the office environment remains safe and hygienic. Flexibility to provide coverage for various administrative functions is also essential.

About you

You possess strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access, and Word. You are an effective communicator with a keen investigative mindset and solid numerical abilities. While administrative skills are a plus, your familiarity with the JDE system would also be advantageous.
