**Job Summary**
Devonshire is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join their Corporate Services team in Glasgow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Record Management: Maintain and update records management systems, ensuring full compliance with procedures and providing a complete audit trail.
- Administrative Support: Handle daily photocopying, printing, binding, and distribution of post, record registered letters and manage scanned incoming mail logs.
- Court Clerking Duties: Assist with court clerking duties and reconcile stamping fees.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels and collate files for archiving, liaising with fee earners as needed.
- Digital Media Management: Process and upload digital media to OneDrive, ensuring appropriate access for solicitors and secretaries.
- Courier Management: Book couriers, log bookings, and verify invoices against bookings.
- Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison for internal customers and stakeholders, providing high-quality service and forwarding relevant communications to fee earners.
- Additional Support: Offer additional administrative support to legal teams, including filing, post-organisation, and ad hoc tasks.
