Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the facilities helpdesk inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the office and contract managers to deliver departmental objectives and support the administration of facilities-related tasks.
  • Provide general administration support, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
  • Chase and liaise with stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Helpdesk experience, preferably in a facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CAFM software and other relevant systems.
