Total Staff Services are currently recruiting an Administrator for one of our clients based in Glasgow. This role will be based within a hospital as part of the Facilities Team where you will be working as an Administrator.

This role is Monday to Friday, 0800-1600. This is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave.

**Duties will Include**:

- Providing data processing services for the engineering team.
- Management of reactive maintenance requests ensuring they are actioned within SLA.
- Updating asset database to ensure accurate data.
- Being an active member of the facilities service to ensure effective day to day running of the department.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Carrying out any other ad-hoc admin duties.

- Self-motivation and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- You are able to meet admin KPIs.
- You can successfully work to tight timelines in a busy working environment.
- You have a proactive approach and the ability to problem solve.
- You are customer focused.
- Demonstrated high level of organisation & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- PC literacy skills including the use of software and systems including MS Office and MS Teams.
- Data input experience required.
- Maths and English Standard Grades/National 5s/O-Levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data Input: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
