Our L&D Team are looking for an experienced L&D Business Partner to join them.

What you will be doing

You’llwork across Baringa to identify and create innovative learning solutions thatenable our people to be great at work. You’ll do this by building closerelationships with our Leaders and the business units you partner with,proactively looking for opportunities to add value to their world throughlearning.

Building strong relationships with your client group and across Baringa, operating as a trusted learning advisor and guide. Proactively leading new learning initiatives to support people strategies, demand and our consultants' performance.  Product managing our existing internal curriculum, making sure it performs as it should and responsible for the ongoing continuous improvement roadmap.  Driving the end-to-end L&D consultation and design approach - from concept and needs analysis, design and deployment, through to a debriefing and evaluation.  Bringing L&D team members and external providers together to curate, create and deploy engaging learning solutions - whilst being hands-on with the design yourself. Expertly facilitating these solutions – in person or virtually – across the firm and the regions we operate in. 
Your skills and experience A track record of designing and delivering excellent blended learning experiences including Virtual, F2F Classroom, and Digital. You will be experienced in leading on the full cycle of learning design & delivery from start to end working with stakeholders to co-create the end solution and have the confidence and presence to challenge/influence where necessary. Experienced in developing forward looking, innovative strategies that deliver value and impact Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders. Extensive proven stakeholder management experience. A proactive, motivated, self-starter with the ability to influence and lead others
