As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Senior HRBP team to define and deliver HR strategy for Practice Groups and International Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting business leaders in driving change, using change management tools and processes to ensure teams operate effectively
  • Coaching partners and managers, providing trusted advice on people issues and business decisions
  • Monitoring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans through data analysis
  • Influencing reward decisions within the practice group
  • Coordinating salary reviews and bonus allocations for relevant teams
  • Understanding international priorities and promoting mobility
  • Championing the learning agenda within teams
  • Developing talent and succession plans with partners
  • Supporting line managers in development activities
  • Managing vacancy approvals and supporting recruitment
  • Onboarding external candidates from induction planning
  • Participating in project teams delivering business strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification and extensive experience in a generalist advisory business partner role
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of complex ER and L&D delivery
  • Experience in organisational development and change management
  • Well-developed diplomacy, listening, and influencing skills
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel
  • Ability to drive change in a partnership
  • Confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to understand performance data
  • Numerically agile and able to interpret complex salary and performance data
  • Good understanding of adding value in the HR arena
  • Creative, commercial, and able to think laterally
  • Consistently positive attitude and 'can do' approach
