Venue Services, Old Bodleian, Broad Street, Oxford, OX1 3BG About the role Would you like to be part of a small and dynamic team responsible for running events, weddings and filming in some of Oxford’s most beautiful and historic spaces? The Bodleian Libraries are seeking to appoint an Events Coordinator to join its busy Enterprises department. The role will include overseeing the operational aspects of events (including the production of detailed event schedules), assisting with the set up on the day and working closely with clients to ensure you can communicate key details to stakeholders in advance. You will work closely with colleagues in other Bodleian departments to ensure that best-practice policy guidelines and service standards are met. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 36.5 hours a week. It requires some evening, weekend and bank holiday working. The role will mainly be office based, with occasional opportunities for home working. This role will require some manual handling – full training will be given.
