The Rhodes Trust Careers is seeking an experienced Events and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of events, as well as providing administrative support to our programme teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance
  • Provide administrative support to programme teams, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in events management and administration
