Meeting & Events Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meeting & Events Executive to join our team at Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth execution of all meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Meeting & Events department, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a hospitality or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
