Our fantastic client is seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be working closely with the Catering department to plan events and conferences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Events Manager and Events Coordinator process enquiries, preparing quotes and liaising with other departments in the business
- Oversee the delivery of events throughout the year, following each event through from start to finish
- Organise equipment, catering and book rooms for events and conferences to be held
- Work collaboratively with the Catering department to ensure a smooth process of hospitality for clients
- To attend events and conferences to ensure runs smooth
- Assist with driving new initiatives and new processes to make event planning and delivery more efficient

We are looking for an individual with a strong event management background, who is customer-focussed and a confident communicator.
