**About us**
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

Crisis Skylight Oxford is located in the Old Fire Station in the centre of the city. It offers one to one coaching support from a team of coaches who can work with people around their housing needs and anything else that will support them to end their homelessness such as mental health and well-being, finances or finding employment. Alongside the coaching we offer practical, creative and vocational workshops and accredited learning opportunities. The Old Fire Station building also accommodates a range of flexible arts spaces which are run by an independent arts company.

Title: Events Coordinator (Christmas)

**Salary**: £29,505 (for Full time equivalent)

Contract: Temporary position until end of Jan 24

Hours: 21 hours, required to be worked over 3 or 4 days, to include mornings. Service opening hours are 9-5

Location: Oxford Skylight, The Old Fire Station, 40 George St, Oxford

**About the role**
As our Events Coordinator you will coordinate our Christmas service in Oxford, which includes running a delivery service, holding a breakfast event on the 22nd December and holding Health and well-being days pre and post the Christmas period.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- Ability to develop and coordinate projects and event, build relationships and promote effectively with all concerned.
- Demonstrable experience of volunteer management best practice, including developing and supporting a wide range of volunteering opportunities and an understanding of volunteers’ motivations and the benefits they bring to Crisis
- Ability to prioritise effectively, work to deadlines and adapt to overcome challenges.
