An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional with strong case management skills to join a dynamic team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact on HR operations.


The successful candidate will provide HR advice on various employee relations issues, assist in investigations and disciplinary hearings, and support policy implementation. They will also help develop junior HR staff, produce management reports, and contribute to HR projects. Other responsibilities include managing the onboarding process and maintaining accurate employee records.


Experience required:


  • Proven experience in a busy HR team
  • Advising managers on HR matters
  • Strong case management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Line management experience is a plus


Skills and abilities needed:


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships


Personal qualities desired:


  • Flexible working hours
  • Willingness to travel as required
