Iconic Resourcing HR are delighted to be partnering with a well established business who are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to operate in a stand alone position in their Edinburgh office on a full time basis. You will work within a small Employment Relations team however working closely with the HR Business Partners and Advisors.


We are looking to speak with candidates who have strong experience in managing high volume ER cases as well as dealing with senior stakeholders. You will be confident and driven and have the ability to push back when need be. The Employee Relations Advisor is responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by addressing and resolving employee relations issues. This role involves providing guidance and support to employees and managers on a wide range of employment matters, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws, and promoting a culture of fairness and respect.


You will have:


  • Strong experience of working in a ER focussed role
  • Ideally you will have experience within a professional service setting
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and conducting investigations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
