THE ROLE: The Clinical Trainer will work in partnership with the Commercial team to drive clinical outcomes. This will be done by providing clinical support through the buying process, both pre and post sales to drive the company strategy to create value for customers by changing approach from selling products to helping our customer to generate better clinical outcomes, drive operational efficiencies or help to manage costs. In this varied role other responsibilities include evaluations, providing customer education programs, forums, study days and attending national exhibitions. Typical products you will provide support on are specialist beds, traction frames, specialist mattresses, services and solutions within pressure ulcer prevention and pressure area care working within hospital environments (NHS & Private) and the community. With the support of Business Development Manager who will support with customer acquisition and sales. Typical decision makers you will engage with include, EBME, moving & handling advisors, tissue viability nurses, DVT specialists and ward managers whilst in the community includes community nursing homes, hospices, loan stores etc. Full product training will be provided and career and earning prospects are very attractive.

This division provides a range of pressure ulcer prevention and pressure area care products, and an exciting opportunity currently exists for clinically focussed professional to develop and further grow business within Scotland (candidate location preferably central belt).
REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone with a clinical background with experience in pressure area care. Typical backgrounds we will consider are OT, Physio, tissue viability nurse, manual handling advisor or midwife / nurse with a strong knowledge of pressure area care.

The Package for Clinical Trainer:
- Basic: £37,000 to £42,000.
- Bonus: £16,000.
- Car: Van or hybrid company car with trailer vehicle and fuel card.
