Clinical Practice Facilitator: Paediatric Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at The Portland Hospital, a leading provider of privately funded healthcare in the UK.
About the Role:As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a key role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programmes for both new and existing nursing staff. You will collaborate with or potentially lead on the development of the onboarding process for nursing, driving educational initiatives that meet regulatory standards and elevate the standard of care we offer.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver educational programmes for nursing staff
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify practice gaps and implement educational activities to address them
- Contribute to the development of the onboarding process for nursing
- Drive educational initiatives that meet regulatory standards and elevate the standard of care
- RN with current NMC PIN
- First level degree in Paediatric Nursing
- Post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification
- Extensive experience in clinical education; substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty
- Post Graduate Module in Practice Education
- Train the trainer qualification desirable
