Clinical Practice Facilitator: Paediatric Intensive Care Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at The Portland Hospital. As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality educational programmes for both new and existing nursing staff.
About the Role:- Drive educational initiatives that meet regulatory standards and elevate the standard of care we offer.
- Collaborate or lead on the development of the onboarding process for nursing staff.
- Identify practice gaps and implement educational activities to address them.
- RN with current NMC PIN.
- First level degree in Paediatric Nursing.
- Post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification.
- Extensive experience in clinical education and substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty.
- Post Graduate Module in Practice Education.
- Train the trainer qualification desirable.
