Clinical Practice Facilitator: Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

London Bridge Hospital: We are seeking a Clinical Practice Facilitator to join our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. As a Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will play a key role in enhancing the professional practice of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive educational initiatives that meet regulatory standards and elevate the standard of care we offer.
  • Collaborate with the development of the onboarding process for nursing staff.
  • Identify practice gaps and implement educational activities to address them.

Requirements:

  • RN with current NMC PIN.
  • First level degree in Paediatric Nursing.
  • Post-graduation certificate in education with a recognised mentorship qualification.
  • Extensive experience in clinical education and substantive experience in relevant nursing specialty.
  • Post Graduate Module in Practice Education.
  • Train the trainer qualification desirable.
