We are exclusively recruiting for a new HR Advisor to join our clients team of 4 based in Glasgow.

This is a Generalist role and will provide part of their HR service to a 400 strong headcount across 10 sites UK wide.

- People centric HR Generalist with minimum 3-4 years HR experience
- Relevant degree and/or CIPD qualification
- Engineering/Manufacturing background preferred, but not essential
- UK employment law knowledge

**The Role**
- Providing an efficient HR service to managers and employees
- Coaching managers on best practice
- Support recruitment and on-boarding
- Ensure HR processes are up to date and develop policies
- Working within the team to manage ER cases and delivery of HR focussed projects.
