Key Responsibilities:
- Duty Manager: Take charge as the Duty Manager on shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

- Time Management: Capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Group Handling Experience: Experience handling airline crews and large groups is an advantage.
