We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Reception Manager to join our prestigious team. The ideal candidate will embody the sophistication and elegance of Il Gattopardo, ensuring every guest receives a warm and impeccable welcome. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in managing front-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Reception Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and attended to from the moment they arrive.
- Oversee the reservation system, manage bookings, and coordinate seating arrangements to maximise efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service, fostering a positive and cohesive working environment.
- Uphold and enhance our high standards of service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless communication throughout the restaurant.
- Reflect the elegance and luxury of the Dolce Vita era in your conduct, presentation, and interaction with guests and staff.
- Proven experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members alike.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring efficient management of reservations and front-of-house operations. -
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve excellence. -
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
