Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that promote our media business's products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our email campaigns end-to-end, from identifying target audiences and crafting engaging email content to analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. This role will also involve helping generating revenue through digital product sponsorships, particularly newsletters, and leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efforts across various teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that promote our media business's products and services.
  • Identify target audiences and segment them based on their interests and behaviours.
  • Create engaging email content that speaks to our target audiences and drives engagement and conversion.
  • Build and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with local and international email marketing regulations.
  • Test and optimise email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, generating reports and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices and share insights with the wider marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales and editorial teams to integrate AI tools that enhance marketing strategies and performance.
  • Drive lead generation for sales enablement and revenue growth through email campaigns.
  • Manage and improve engagement rates to support sales enablement efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies for generating revenue from digital product sponsorships, particularly newsletters.


Requirements:


  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Outbound Email Marketing Manager, ideally in the media industry.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools and platforms, such as Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar.
  • Experience with email marketing analytics tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with AI tools and their application in marketing strategies.
