Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving online growth and revenue. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow our e-commerce sales and social media presence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to boost e-commerce sales and online brand visibility.
  • Manage Online Advertising Campaigns: Oversee and optimize online advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Content Team: Work with the content team to create engaging, SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and improves search engine rankings.
  • Manage Social Media Platforms: Grow and update social media platforms to increase online presence and engagement.
  • Analyze Website Traffic and User Behaviour: Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior, providing actionable insights to enhance the user experience and conversion rates.
  • Oversee Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, including segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Manage Online Store: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience on our online store.
Requirements
  • Experience in Ecommerce, Social Media, and Paid Marketing: Proven track record of growing e-commerce sales and social media presence.
  • Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Data Analysis and Content Management: Ability to analyze multiple data sources and draw out key trends and highlights, as well as strong content management and website merchandising skills.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo.
  • Shopify Competence: Strong understanding of Shopify and its capabilities.
  • Attention to Detail and Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
