We want to test new channels and expand our reach; finding innovative new ways to acquire customers. We’ve found that when we can reach people, they tend to immediately fall in love with the concept of the service and then later, the service itself. Fundamentally, we want someone who can find the most efficient ways of getting the message to those people as efficiently as possible.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in brand marketing and managing a comprehensive online presence
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience demonstrates capability.
  • 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.


What the Job Involves:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Managing, developing and optimising online advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with the content and senior management teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Overseeing the digital marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

We’re headquartered in Norwich and prefer if you could spend most of the time here, but hybrid and remote are considered.
