Position Overview

The Head of Personal Insurance Marketing Initiatives plays a pivotal role within the Personal Lines Marketing division at Baldwin Risk Partners. This position collaborates closely with team members and essential business stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies. These strategies encompass Paid Media campaigns (Search Engine Marketing) and the management of social media advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute ongoing multi-channel campaigns for Personal Insurance offerings, including Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, Medicare, and Healthcare, as well as agent recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop, launch, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, and various social media channels.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance through weekly and monthly updates.
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, focusing on campaign budget optimization, audience segmentation, and overall budget management.
  • Work in conjunction with design and content teams to strategize and create compelling materials for campaign execution.
  • Investigate advancements and new features in social media platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Lead grassroots marketing meetings for Medicare Sales Managers.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and expansion to support campaign development.
  • Assess market opportunities to refine campaign strategies.
  • Analyze competitor advertising for insights and improvements.
  • Assist in organizing Medicare sales and retail broker contests and awards as required.
  • Ensure national campaign creatives are accessible within the asset management system.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as the marketing landscape evolves.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in managing SEM and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer conversion, and online acquisition strategies.
  • Extensive experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, SEMRush, WebTrends).
  • Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in SEM and social media marketing.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in development and delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with asset management tools for distributing sales content.
