Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage cross-functional marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to integrate brand strategies into broader initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-business unit leaders to align brand strategy with business goals and engage with leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing initiatives, integrating brand messaging and values into product development and customer experience.
  • Manage brand budgets to achieve business goals and maximize ROI, monitoring expenditures and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure financial accountability and transparency in budget management and acquisition reporting.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to assess brand performance and make data-driven decisions, tracking key metrics related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing or brand role with knowledge of brand management, marketing strategy, and project management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive marketing campaigns and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
