We’re looking for an innovative & self-starting Head of SEO, to bring the latest, bleeding-edge tactics and technology to our SEO strategy across the UK and Europe.


Requirements
  • Expertise in data-driven SEO,
  • Fast adoption of bleeding-edge technology,
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mind, and attention to detail,
  • Curious mind and passion for learning,
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
  • Passion for SEO and performance marketing,
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO,
  • Experience with Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, and other recent industry trends,
  • Extensive experience with SEO performance tracking tools, Google Analytics, and Search Console.


What the job involves
  • As Head of SEO, you’ll be in charge of developing and implementing a strategy for organic growth expansion of EachMoment across all search engines in the UK and EU markets, alongside our internal team and agency partners. SEO is a key growth channel for EachMoment, with significant opportunity to expand further in the UK and EU,
  • Leveraging a combination of content, technical SEO, authority/link building, and other offsite SEO activity, you’ll drive predictable long-term impact by delivering high-quality content to users on Google and beyond,
  • Working with our content team and executives to ensure the richness of our content is fully leveraged
  • Your main responsibility will be end-to-end management of our SEO initiatives for the UK and EU markets. This will include:
  • Leading SEO projects - from strategy planning, through to implementation and performance monitoring,
  • Owning UK and EU keyword intelligence, and defining opportunities and gaps in terms of keyword coverage for these markets,
  • Collaborating with our in-house content, website, CRO, and analytics teams to support our advertising strategies,
  • Using performance data and competitive insights to develop an offsite strategy to support SEO efforts,
  • Monitoring performance, and staying on top of industry trends and algorithm changes - then sharing insights and acting on them.

We’re headquartered in Norwich and prefer if you could spend most of the time here, but hybrid and remote are considered.
