Our dedication to equality, diversity, and inclusion is woven into the fabric of our institution. We honor the richness of our diverse backgrounds, cultures, and actions, advocating for art and design as a powerful agent of social transformation. We empower our students to become valued and productive members of society, with aspirations to make a positive impact on the world.

We are looking for a visionary and proactive Course Leader to oversee our esteemed Games offerings in BA Games Art & Design and BSc Games Development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Computer Arts and Technology to enhance and expand the vision of these disciplines at Norwich, engaging in discussions about contemporary industry trends and broader societal issues while addressing global challenges.

A robust network of industry partners and the capability to develop and implement significant collaborative projects are crucial.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional teaching abilities, placing inclusivity at the core of their practice. You will advocate for the disciplines within games, promoting the programs to prospective students and educators, both domestically and internationally. Your capacity to collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders will be vital in enriching our student experience and ensuring that the support provided is culturally competent. You will strive to equip students with the social and cultural capital necessary to confidently navigate graduate-level opportunities and challenges.

Moreover, the successful candidate will exhibit outstanding organizational, management, and team-building skills, with a proven track record of enhancing student educational experiences and outcomes. A collaborative and collegial approach to leadership and teamwork is essential for this role, which will involve close cooperation with colleagues from other courses and departments.
