Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. Your primary focus will be on building our brand's presence online, creating engaging content, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Plan and organize content calendars for social media platforms, create engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram, and develop outreach strategies to connect with brand ambassadors and influencers.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and supportive assistance to customers via email and chat, process returns efficiently, and ensure customers understand our return policy.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing, create emails within our email platform, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
  • Graphic and Video Creation: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for visual content campaigns and create engaging video content that aligns with our brand messaging.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year prior experience in a marketing role, particularly in content creation or qualifications in digital marketing.
  • Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, high attention to detail in spelling and grammar, familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, and adaptability and flexibility.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (digital marketing preferred).
