Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns that support business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Shape the brand's identity and voice, ensuring consistent representation across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage cross-functional marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning, identifying growth opportunities and making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to integrate brand strategies into broader initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-business unit leaders to align brand strategy with business goals and engage with leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing initiatives, integrating brand messaging and values into product development and customer experience.

Budget Management and Performance Analysis:

  • Manage brand budgets to achieve business goals and maximise ROI, monitoring expenditures and adjusting strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure financial accountability and transparency in budget management and acquisition reporting.
  • Utilise advanced analytics to assess brand performance and make data-driven decisions, tracking key metrics related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement.

Brand Integration and Team Leadership:

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing initiatives, integrating brand messaging and values into product development and customer experience.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team in brand management and marketing.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and project leadership.
