Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. Your primary focus will be on building our brand's presence online, creating engaging content, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Plan and organize content calendars for social media platforms, including creating engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram that aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and supportive assistance to customers via email and chat, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
  • Graphic and Video Creation: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for visual content campaigns, creating engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram that aligns with our brand messaging.
  • Support Marketing Manager: Research potential brand ambassadors and influencers who align with our values and have an engaged following, developing outreach strategies to effectively connect with and onboard new ambassadors and influencers.
  • Programmes: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing programmes, including Google Drive and Recharge, to help answer questions about subscriptions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year prior experience in a marketing role, particularly in content creation or qualifications in digital marketing.
  • Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, with high attention to detail in spelling and grammar, familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, adaptability and flexibility, and community management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as digital marketing or communications.
