Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. Your primary focus will be on building our brand's presence online, creating engaging content, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Plan and organize content calendars for social media platforms, create engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram, and assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and supportive assistance to customers via email and chat, process returns efficiently, and ensure customers understand our return policy.
- Graphic and Video Creation: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative ideas for visual content campaigns, create engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram, and assist with graphic design tasks.
- Support Marketing Manager: Research potential brand ambassadors and influencers who align with our values and have an engaged following, develop outreach strategies to effectively connect with and onboard new ambassadors and influencers, and coordinate collaborations to ensure campaigns reflect our brand ethos and engage our target audience.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 year prior experience in a marketing role, particularly in content creation or qualifications in digital marketing.
- Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, high attention to detail in spelling and grammar, familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, adaptability and flexibility, and community management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (digital marketing preferred).
