The Position

The Internal key account manager has a team of internal sales estimators and customer services representatives. The main role is to lead, develop and motivate the team through a sustained period of growth. Working with the functional mangers to deliver a quality product on time and at the right cost. Provide customers a leading level of customer service, increasing customer satisfaction, sales, loyalty & meeting customer expectations. By managing the commercial aspect the internal Key account manager will be the driving force to generate increased sales & optimising margin. This is a challenging role that will deliver exciting results, it’s a great time to join our team.


Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the system costs for items and components are reviewed and accurate.
  • Responsibility for order and date management.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests or complaints, using My Case to update and complete relevant information through to resolution or closure.
  • Manage the Commercial estimation and configuration process.
  • Provide leadership, motivation and support


Experience/Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing/Engineering knowledge
  • Ability to identify customer requirements, understand engineering drawings and customer specifications
  • Demonstrate experience of business commercial acumen
