As a Retail Account Manager, you will manage our biggest retail customer Morrisons across all meat species. You'll thrive in a high-paced environment, gaining exposure to the retail meat category and our extensive manufacturing business. This role is crucial, managing a high value sales area and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the retail account.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the retailer and Myton Food Group.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities to maximise sales and profitability.
Market Analysis and Forecasting
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to inform strategy.
- Forecast sales and manage the pipeline of opportunities to ensure targets are met.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver budgets..
- Identify growth opportunities within the account, including potential for new products or existing product development.
Financial Management
- Manage the account’s budget, including trade spend and promotional funding.
- Monitor the financial health of the account, ensuring profitability and managing costs effectively.
