Senior Account Manager wanted in Bradford for outstanding marketing agency network


This fantastic agency network has established itself as one of the leading names in retail marketing, and are looking for an Senior Account Manager to join the team and activate campaigns for leading brands and retailers.


The successful candidate will:


  • Ideally have a minimum of 4 years' experience in client services, ideally in a marketing agency environment but candidates with wider account or stakeholder management experience are also welcome to apply


  • Be a confident presence with your clients, who will primarily be big-name retail brands, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the client's growth and success


  • Have line management experience, as you will be required to lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression. Line management experience is essential for this one


  • Be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency


  • Be confident, good with numbers, cool under pressure, and a great communicator, both verbal and written
