MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading Gifting/Health and Beauty, on the search for International Account Manager. This is a 12-month contract based in Southwest of England.
As the International Account Manager, you will oversee the relationship with a diverse range of UK and International customer accounts within the beauty, personal care and gifting brand portfolio. Collaborate with retailer teams to drive sales and profit growth through effective account plans and successful new product launches. Identify and assess new business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships with retailers, fostering trust through excellent communication.
- Proactively seek and drive new business opportunities to deliver incremental sales and profit.
- Develop robust commercial account plans for both sales and investment, aligning with departmental, brand, and country strategies.
- Implement pre-approved promotional plans and secure retailer activities such as secondary display sites, in line with account plans and budget.
- Serve as the interface between the customer and the wider internal team providing regular communication.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working in the UK/International markets.
- Proven track record in an Account Management role.
- Working within the Health and Beauty/Gifting industry.
- Demonstrated mastery of key selling skills with evidence of these being central to achievements in previous roles.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to present confidently.
