POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the People & Culture Department as our Learning & Development Officer.

Our Learning & Development Officer will be responsible for assisting with the overall administration and development of our Learning & Development function, led by the Assistant Learning & Development Manager. Your duties will include supporting with running trainings and our company induction, designing and publishing Learning & Development and People & Culture communications, and focusing on all aspects of staff development. As a part of the People & Culture department, you will be working very closely with not only your own team, but with all departments throughout the hotel and colleagues of every level.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Confidence speaking and presenting in a group or public setting
  • Qualification in Hospitality studies, degree standard or similar preferred
  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
