Job Description
  • Product lead and line manager of the domain's team leads and technical leads (5 persons)
  • Lead the Quarterly Business Review planning for the domain to match the capacity of our internal teams and external consultants to meet all oru European client demands in terms of incident resolution, change request and implementation project deliveries.
  • N+1 contact point for all our European SaaS and BPaaS client escalation for the key account managers, project managers, service delivery managers for issues within the domain's scope.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to all the European stakeholders and team members across all the domain topics.
  • Empower our technical lead to enable CTO Europe to take ownership and enforce our standard on our customers baselines and artefacts.
  • Empower our respective team leads to enable their team to own and deliver their functional scope for all our European customers as per planning.
  • Liaise and seek product or regional support with our main product domain owners and CTO regional counterparts.
  • Support the (Platform Solution) Application Management Services colleagues to perform their L1 and L2 services efficiently.
  • Facilitate and support internal our external capacity arrangement for our project managers.
  • Take guidance from the CTO management team and the Head of Region Europe.

Qualifications
  • Stong proven track record of practical experience of the full development life cycle over the technical components/modules of core banking system (ideally Avaloq) implementations.
  • Experience as a line manager and in managing Third Party Supplier and/or External Providers.
  • Experience in leading technical architecture projects or teams

It would be a real bonus if you have:

  • Experience in Open Shift and Kubernetes
  • Experience in migrating complex systems to Cloud
  • SaaS experience
