We are currently looking for a dedicated Platform Support Specialist to join our team, providing comprehensive support for our Global Gen AI Inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the inventory management system, which is integral to our operations. This system comprises SharePoint lists for each business unit (BU) and robust reporting capabilities at both the BU and aggregate levels.


Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the Global Gen AI Inventory platform, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Manage SharePoint lists that are utilized across various BUs to maintain inventory data.

• Develop and maintain Power Apps forms for data entry and workflow management.

• Ensure continuous data refresh from the inventory to Power BI reports every 2 minutes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements to the inventory reporting system.

• Provide technical support and training to a growing user base, currently at approximately 50 users.

• Work on the expansion of the inventory system to capture all Gen AI initiatives across the business.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to platform functionality.

• Maintain documentation of the inventory system and reporting processes.


Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SharePoint administration and customization.

• Experience with Power Apps for creating and managing forms and workflows.

• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and report creation.

• Strong understanding of data integration and real-time data refresh mechanisms.
