A well-respected house builder is seeking a Technical Assistant for a full-time or part-time contract to support their Technical Coordinator. With numerous exciting projects on the horizon, this role involves coordinating information for drawings on residential developments.


As a Technical Assistant you duties will involve:

  • Monitoring and filing of invoices
  • Handling tender enquires appointment frameworks and framework agreements
  • Amend and distribute any drawings
  • Update schedules and Checklists
  • Organising and creating spreadsheets
  • NHBC portals and new applications
  • Uploading drawings
  • Printing construction packs and file and distribute documents
  • Working on any Document control projects required
  • Overall Administration support
  • Assisting with technical monthly reports


The right candidate for the role will ideally have experience within Construction/ Residential property but not essential.

You will be proactive with strong administration skills and be a team player. Good organisational skills and have a high level of attention to detail is required.
