Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a dedicated Senior Commercial Property Administrator to become a vital part of a leading property consultancy.

This role is based in a dynamic office environment and involves overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes various property types such as retail spaces, dining establishments, industrial units, and office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Engage in comprehensive property management tasks, including client reporting and landlord-tenant communications.
  • Coordinate the appointment of contractors and oversee service charge administration.
  • Facilitate rent collection processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
