About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our Commercial Property department at Everys Solicitors. This role will involve working on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including buying and selling farms, development of land and buildings, and options and overage agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, progress, complete and register commercial conveyancing transactions
- Make searches, make enquiries, and draft commercial conveyancing contracts
- Liaise with lenders and comply with their requirements
- Complete commercial property transactions and attend to all land registrations
- Provide administrative assistance to the team and liaise with clients
Requirements
- Some work-based experience in a commercial environment
- Excellent IT skills, including case management software
- Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
- Flexible approach and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to meet financial and non-financial targets
- Ability to follow procedures and meet compliance and quality targets
