Commercial Property Legal Administrator/Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team at Everys Solicitors. As a key member of our Commercial Property department, you will play a vital role in administering, progressing, and completing commercial conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and progress commercial conveyancing transactions, including making searches, making enquiries, drafting commercial conveyancing contracts, and drafting reports on title.
- Liaise with lenders and comply with their requirements, complete commercial property transactions, and attend to all land registrations and deal with any requisitions from the Land Registry.
- Provide administrative assistance to all members of the team and assist in larger farm and commercial property sales and purchases, as well as more complex boundary/covenant/easement issues.
- Assist in investigating title, drafting deeds of easement and covenant, and drafting commercial leases under the LTA 1954 and/or tenancies at will, etc.
Requirements:
- Some work-based experience in a commercial environment would be preferable.
- Excellent IT skills, including the use of case management software.
- A focus on developing and maintaining professional and effective client relationships at all levels, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A flexible approach and the capability to work well and flourish within a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas and offices.
- Ability to meet financial and non-financial targets, together with other broader objectives set for successful performance of this role.
